What if we had a system where people could do work or at least attempt work without qualifications or validations.
Do do the work and have the work for itself.


If you needed some filters have some general set of tasks determine if work could be done and have work submissions simply worth some measure of exchange and even the act of trying to provide for some economic renumeration.
Whereas we live in a society right now where we are exploited and we are sold, and sold again without seeing any of the profits that others are seeing from our existence.

The market biered over thirty dollars per person that was signed up for facebook on the ipo, should not all of the accounts have been credited atleast five dollars of this wealth. Being that the people themselves are generating the ideas and activities that other people are seeking to monetize.

So the means of exchange have to change as well where people are benefiting more from there labors what ever they maybe, whether that is making game mods that companies certainly benefit from economically.

So if you have measures and structures where wealth flow goes to the generators of work then work itself is celebrated and then work is

All of this work should be possibly anonymous until death or milestones whatever they may be so that the work can be enjoyed for itself without the focus of ego.

The work could take place in a facility that was funded by the work that was done in a fixed allotment where when the allotment for the property was paid some negligible amount being that the facilities in themselves are for the greater good.

In these ways we could have anyone that wanted to work or wanted to start trying could so that we could allow people to be themselves and move in the ways they wanted to without great struggle or challenge. Instead you would have flow. A person that was a house wife or husband could immediately or even while doing these things still earn wealth so that they are not bound to another but are their with that individual because they want to be with them. Or if someone wants to change career they can start taking the challenges learning the work and the tasks that achieve the work then plying themselves to the work. In that way they could explore what they want to do, but also be more human in that they are not being asked to be machines in their work, and that they are being asked instead to explore learn and play many of the best qualities of being human.


So the actionable plan could be as such

Strategy
1. Facilities with the tools of production.
2. Software that allows people to explore and learn avenues of production.
3. Modules large tasks and micro tasks to get work and sub work completed.
4. Checkin system that is automated and checked anonymously and distributively.

5. Account Maintenance, and Pay for Each unit and Micro Unit of work.





Outcomes
3. Play and exploration that provides people with new ideas and new ways of living.
4. Work that is not denied to people because of sociological restraint.
5. Work that is satisfying and beneficial for all humanity.
