If one has a functional simulation you can take this data to create training sets to meta train for a function.
You can then have those sets sit as by level calls to those activities producing my mind like features in the face of specific tasks.

To stabalize software it may be interesting with some code sets to lay down what would be consisdered to be mitochondrial code in a bipackage that is set and checked to not change or only change after it has been proven to iterrate over many thousands or millions of cycles.

Junk code can be seen as a buffer to the important bits you don't want to change unless the function of the change is proven over time.
